1. Login to your webmail.
2. Select OPEN.
3. Once opened, please select the SETTINGS link.
4. Now select PREFERENCES then COMPOSING MESSAGES.
5. Set Compose HTML messages to always and select save.
6. Once saved, it will show Successfully Saved.
